  : Charged more when checking in then there was a ceiling water leak think bathroom.sink was clogged when I went down to complain owner knew about the problem said he would come up and fix it never showed up then there was no hot water to shower

  : I like when I could check out. I liked being able to come and visit my son at NC Wesleyan College
  : Everything was fine until I walked in and met the rude desk man. I paid for my room online. Sure it was cheap, but from the pictures it looked good. It said they had pristine linens. Anyway, I get there the man said the price on line isn't enough...I need to pay more. I had to call the corporate office to get things figured out. I still don't know if everything is right by my credit card and I had to pay $36 and some change more. Anyway, I got settled in. Linens were filthy. And I decided to wash my face after a long drive. After washing my face, I find a pubic hair on the washcloth and I can guarantee you it wasn't mine...I don't have any...gross. Then I decide to go somewhere to eat and to buy new linens and towels. Come back give my son a shower. There is no hot water. Man comes and gets it warm. He said you have to run it for 15 mins. Well the next night my son had to take a cold shower. I know there's more to this stay, but my mind is going crazy. I just wanted to cry. It's my fault. I shouldn't have went for cheap....oh and tv was going in out...mostly out...thank God I'm home in my own clean bed.

  : Hotel is dingy with locked lobby after 8 pm. Hotel manager refused to honor low price that I booked on line at bookings.com. Told us to “get your money back from bookings. com and just go away. Totally unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

  : Good location.
  : No soap, telephone, facial tissue or alarm clock in the room. No carpet or rugs. Concrete steps to the second level were falling apart. No breakfast. Had I known, I would have gladly paid an extra 20 for a better place to stay! Won't stay again. Someone is going to get injured on those steps.

  : Roaches. No cups or glasses for water (just as well given roaches). No coffee machine in room (just as well with roaches). Truly gross. Btw, this room was an upgrade for extra money.

  : The price.
  : The room was supposedly upgraded to a newly remodeled and large room. It was an unnecessarily large and fairly empty room. The floors were bare laminate and not necessarily clean. The remodeling was not complete. The wash cloths and towels were so rough (cheap) they were painful to use. The soap was the size of a money clip. The bathtub was nasty and the water was tepid at best. The tub did not drain so we showered in standing water. The refrigerator was loud and moldy. Terrible terrible room.
